Welcome to Unique Hair Care Solutions and thanks for taking the time to read our terms and conditions. Whenever you purchase products or services from Unique Hair Care Solutions , you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and, from this point onwards, any reference to "we", "us", "our" or "ourselves" refers to Unique Hair Care Solutions. Our terms and conditions may change from time to time, so please refer back to them on a regular basis. If you have a query that is not detailed below, please contact us.

Products
Our products are manufactured to be truly unique to yourself and there may be slight variations between batches of product. We can produce a unique label for your product, which we will print and apply for you and which will be produced to the best possible standards. We will be continually looking to improve our range of available solutions so contact us if there is something specific you would like us to look at.
Orders and Prices
Before you can place an order, you will need to complete a new account application form. Please call or E-mail us for a copy. All orders to us will be payable before delivery, by a bank transfer which will be provided once your account is set up. Please use our order reference number when making payment. Once we have received clear payment we will process and pack your order. We work to a 2 week lead time, but aim to beat that with every order. If for some reason we are unable to produce your order we will reimburse you in full. Placing an order is legally binding and this does not affect your statutory rights. Price and Contacting Us
We have no minimum value order although and all prices quoted are ex store. All prices and offers quoted are excluding VAT. Prices are reviewed on a regular basis and as your product is unique to you they may vary dependent on the product variable factors such as packaging, fragrance etc. Contract prices are available. Delivery and Days We Can Deliver
We will always do our best to process and send out your order as soon as we can, but are currently working to a two week lead time from clear payment. We offer a free delivery service in the Hull and East Riding area however carriage is applicable to all other orders. Any damage during transit must be reported within 24 hour of delivery and we will endeavour to replace this as soon as the goods are returned to us. If we are unable to deliver your products (nobody at the address to sign for the products) we will charge for the second delivery.
Cancelling an Order and Returns
Although we are working to a two week lead time, elements of your order will begin to be processed as soon as we receive payment. We therefore have to charge a 10% restocking charge for cancelled orders. You can cancel an order any time from order to dispatch. If you are not totally satisfied with your order you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Privacy and Personal Data
We will only collect and store data that is relevant to processing your order and will never pass your details to a third party other than company name and address to our delivery company. Your data will be kept secure at all times and will not be made public. All data, designs etc will be treated and private and confidential. We understand that some customers would prefer to keep their brand totally unique and therefore Unique Hair Care Solutions will not appear on your products unless previously agreed.
VAT Queries
We are currently not registered for VAT so invoices currently will not detail a VAT amount. Delivery costs may be added to your order however we will advise of the costs at quotation. Price quoted does not include value added tax.
